The clinical sessions of individual doctors and nurses vary within these hours.

The surgery's phone lines are available from 08:00 until 18:00.  From 18:00 until 07:59 our phone lines will direct you to call the NHS111 out of hours service.

We close one Wednesday each month for staff training - please see Wednesday closures below for monthly dates.

• Thursday mornings 07:00 - 08:00 (Please note during these additional hours the phone lines will be closed)

• One Saturday morning a month 08:00 - 12:00 (Please note during these additional hours the phone lines will be closed)

Our phone lines will direct you to call the NHS 111 out of hours service during these times.

Need an appointment outside normal practice hours?

Please ring NHS 111.  The surgery phone line (01246 568065) will also direct you to call NHS 111 whilst we are closed.

Emergency GP care (out of normal hours) after 18:00 and at weekends will still be provided as normal by Derbyshire Health United based at Ashgate Manor, Ashgate Road, Chesterfield.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
