Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore incur charges. Examples include the following:

• Medical examinations for sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Medical Examinations after road traffic accidents
• Insurance claim forms
• 'To Whom it may concern' letter (TWIMC letter)
• Private sick notes
• Holiday Cancellations
• Firearms Licence

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with if an appointment is necessary and appointment availability.

Please allow up to 28 days for any medical report to be completed by a clinician.
